As the opening of the later variety of food offerings for the celebration of Chinese New Year, I pioneered with simple dishes, tasty and full of these nutrients. Hipio / Fish Maw soup is often encountered in the marriage ceremony, in restaurants and hotels, and usually expensive, when in fact it is made easy and economical for the whole family.
The main ingredient :
Hipio / Yu bao, Fsh Maw Malong
This material is in the form of two kinds, which as in this recipe or shaped into slabs, fried and packaged in plastic. Usually in the form of a slab found in most supermarkets or traditional markets.
The Material :
Cauliflower
Carrots
Onion
Garlic
Pepper (powder may be, may grains, mashed first)
A little Nutmeg
Leek
Minced meat (any, pork, chicken, shrimp, or mix please only)
Leather shrimp to broth
Preparation:
Hipio fry until dry (as in photo)
Once drained of oil, soak in water
After thawing, pieces (as in photo)
How to cook:
Minced meat, season with chopped garlic, pepper, a little nutmeg to taste, salt, sugar, stir
Enter seasoned minced meat into chunks earlier hipio
Boil water, put shrimp shell, lift
Saute garlic, onion until fragrant
Enter cauliflower, carrots, stir briefly, put in boiling broth
While boiling, add one by one piece hipio containing minced meat
Add salt and sugar to taste
Enter the sliced leeks lengthwise last before serving
Serve...
